New Sod Turn On Request

NEW SOD POLICY REMINDER: New sod checks are a service provided our builders at no charge. Please be sure the New Sod request you are submitting is ready. In the event the sod is not ready upon our arrival we will turn on each zone and make any/all necessary adjustments. Should we have to return there will be costs associated. Should we not be able to gain access to the controller we will run zones from the valve box. Controller programming and function will not be checked. Again, any required return visits will be charged.
Notification of the new sod check must be received prior to 1:00pm on weekdays and 8:00am on Saturdays to be assured same day service. Late notification may result in service being delayed to the following day. Sods completed after 5:00pm weekdays 12:00pm on Saturdays will be serviced the following business day. ***On New sod checks where water was not available at the time of system installation there may be costs associated with repairs or adjustments that would have been made at the time of installation had water been available.
