  I reached out to Millard for help with leaks in my valve box that had been frustrating me for some time. I called on a Thursday morning and they sent Jorge out that afternoon to make an assessment. He was super helpful in explaining the issues and the manifold rebuild he recommended. He provided an expert explanation and walked me through what it would take to do the rebuild. That same day, Melissa from the office called and scheduled him to come out the very next afternoon (Friday) for the rebuild. I had some conflicts I couldn’t move Friday, so Jorge and Melissa told me to just leave the sprinkler main open inside my house but isolated at the backflow preventer. On Friday, Jorge came and rebuilt the manifold, installed new valves, and tested everything in under an hour. He followed up with a phone call, numerous photos, and instructions for allowing the sealant to cure. I turned the system back on after the cure time and it works great! I will absolutely be calling them again any time I need irrigation work done. Pricing is great—very low for the quality of work and service. Highly recommend!

  This was a fantastic experience! Todd was amazing at answering questions and helping us prepare for the installation. He also responded to questions after everything was complete- even on a weekend! Customer service is outstanding.
